Our drivers will arrive at the scheduled pick-up time. Customers are given a 2-hour grace period after their scheduled pick-up time, with a $10.00 charge for each 20 minutes of waiting beyond the grace period. Reservations may be marked as no-show if customer does not communicate within the 2-hour grace period, and such reservations are ineligible for refunds.

***Please note that we require children 4 and under in car seats. Children 12 and under must ride in the back of vehicle. If needed we do provide infant seats for $20.00 and we also provide booster seats for $10.00. We do allow pets to ride in cages. Cage size 20-22 inches for pets weighing from 10-60 pounds can fit in our 11-Seater vans. For cages that are 48 inches for pets that weigh 80 pounds or more must be booked with our 14- Seater Vans.
