What is the minimum age to ride with us?

There is no minimum age to ride with us. However, we do require children 4 and under to be in a car seat. If needed, we can provide one for a small fee.

(Please note: This is a state law and is mandated. Our drivers are responsible to report and enforce this law and cannot proceed with driving until all passengers are buckled and secure safely. Thank you for your understanding!)

How many people can be booked in a reservation?

We actually have no limit! We cater to individuals, groups and organizations. We can offer shuttles with seating up to 14 passengers and coach for bigger groups more than 30.

Do you travel outside of NYC?

Yes! We do travel to New Jersey & Connecticut.

What are the terms of rescheduling or cancelling a reservation?

If you need to reschedule or cancel a reservation, we do ask that you contact us 48 hours before your scheduled booking. We do not process refunds for any cancelled reservations after 48 hours.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Yes! We are pet friendly. Please go to Check Rates on our menu for our terms for pet and cage sizes.
